The Undertaking to Respect and Ensure Respect in all Circumstances: From Tiny Seed to Ripening Fruit » in Yearbook of International Humanitarian Law, vol. 2 (1999), p. 3 à 61). (F. Kalshoven, “The Undertaking to Respect and Ensure Respect in all Circumstances: From Tiny Seed to Ripening Fruit” in Yearbook of International Humanitarian Law, Vol. 2 (1999), p. 3-61).
